Learning is promoted by rigorously establishing what works and what does not work. We pilot different approaches and systematically monitor our partners, which informs the direction of the program. Serving public accountability to contribute to the knowledge base of legal aid, education and empowerment in relation to access to justice, a wide spectrum of professional communication is maintained.
