Ms. Mazana is the current Board Chair of the LSF board. She joined the Legal Services Facility governing board in 2018 and is a strong advocate of women's economic empowerment in Tanzania.

She was central to the designing and development of the Women Economic Empowerment program in Tanzania and is a member of the National Economic Empowerment Council (NEEC). With more than 20 years of experience, Mazana is more specialized in strategy planning, budgeting, human resources, procurement, and program management.

Lulu joined the LSF in May 2019 as its new CEO and brings vast experience working in the NGO industry for several years.

She has served in various capacities including as Chairperson of the White Ribbon Alliance for Safe Motherhood in Tanzania (WRATZ), Steering Committee Member of the Leading Safe Choices Project (LSC), Board Director of Tanzania Women of Achievement (TWA) and Founder and Board Member of Tanzania Centre for Communication and Development (TCDC). She has also played a vital role in policy reforms and technical working groups at the coordination, facilitation and participatory levels including in the National Poverty Reduction Strategy (MKUKUTA). Ng’wanakilala is also a member of the Tanganyika Law Society (TLS).

Martina is an experienced woman leader in Tanzania NGO sector. As a top leader of SAHRiNGON, Martina has been coordinating and empowering its members for collectively promoting and safeguarding and reinforcing respect of human rights and good governance in Tanzania and across countries of southern part of Africa.

Ms Munira is an expert in community economic development and has worked with different national and international organizations in diverse capacities.

Some of these organizations and institutions include ministry of finance, Zanzibar International Film Festival, UNDP, SIDA, and Zanzibar National Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (ZNCCIA).
