Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts subordinate to, He is also a
specialized Management, Legal and Governance consultant, He has consulted more
than 200 Civil Societies Organizations, Private Sector/ Business entities,
Local Government Authorities and Public Institutions. Mr Chuma is a renowned
and experienced researcher, trainer, mentor , coacher and facilitator with more
than 15years of practice in the area of Governance, Management, Organizational
Development, Leadership, Human Rights, Youth and Policy Development. He has
also served as external grants awards advisor, Juror and project appraiser in
more than 50 projects, initiatives and programmes worldwide.
